【YBSの理念 in English】

今、YBSの英語版ホームページをリニューアル予定です。
それに向けて、YBSの理念を英語で書いてみました。

As the founder and head of Yokosuka Bilingual School,
dream is to bridge international friendship between American and Japanese
living here in Yokosuka.

I want to bring Japanese and American families and children together
in a positive, happy learning environment and to build a close community
with lots of smiles and fun in Yokosuka.

If this kind of international exchange starts with your little one here at our school,
isn’t that wonderful thing?

Our little school can help us fulfill our mission that
all the people in this city can become truly enjoy and appriciate being together
and spending time together and enjoy life in Japan.

Although our school is in its early stage, our dream is big and
we have great passion to succeed.

Your stay in Yokosuka will surely be more interesting and meaningful
if you have deeper connections with people living in yokosuka!!

横須賀バイリンガルスクールが、アメリカと日本のフレンドシップ
の架け橋となると良いなと心から思っています。

子どもたちから、日米の交流が活発になって、
横須賀に滞在したアメリカ人が、その経験から日本が好きになってくれたり、
日本にまた戻って来たいと思ってもらえたら、最高ですよね。

そんなことを横須賀バイリンガルスクールからスタートできれば
素敵だなと思っています。

まだまだEarly stage（始まったばかり）のYBSですが、夢は大きく。

横須賀の人々がもっともっと交流したら、横須賀に滞在することに
意味があってもっともっと楽しくなる。

そんな横須賀が作れるように、横須賀バイリンガルスクール
